Ekuiti Nasional Berhad (Ekuinas) is a Private Capital firm established by the Government of Malaysia on 1 September 2009 to drive equitable and sustainable Bumiputera wealth creation and economic participation. We focus on building Malaysia’s next generation leading companies and cultivating exceptional entrepreneurs while advancing Bumiputera’s involvement in equity ownership, management, employment, and supply chains. With over a decade of investment expertise, we take a market-driven approach rooted in merit and transparency.
Ekuinas was consolidated under Yayasan Pelaburan Bumiputra (YPB) in January 2025 and subsequently became a wholly owned subsidiary of Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB). We now operate as PNB’s Domestic Private Capital arm, strengthening our mandate to deliver long-term value creation in supporting Bumiputera development.
